We follow him as he fights his way back to the top, reinventing NOMA and reclaiming the title of best restaurant in the world in 2014 for the fourth time. The story of a man whose humble background makes him fight harder against all odds, to become a leader in the gastronomic world. The film shows snippets of some of the most unusual Ingredient and attention to detail that only true foodies can appreciate.
